Customer-Related Policies

We at Primm Funding believe in and stand by a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for all of our Christian Products! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We are confident that you will find the quality of our products to be exceptional. If you are not fully satisfied with any Christian Gift you order for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange of the item as long as it is unworn and undamaged.

Your Card is Not Charged
Until your item is shipped. The amount is reserved on your card until shipping takes place. In most cases, shipping will occur within 72 hours of the receipt of the order. Please allow two to six weeks for delivery due to possible unforeseen delays.

If You Want a Refund:
We will credit your credit card in full for merchandise cost, any applicable sales tax and shipping costs.

We request that you contact us by email healinstruct@aol.com and/or by this number: 1-877-294-0273 (U.S. and Canada) or 1-614-921-2450 (International calls) as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order. By cancelling the order before it is shipped, you will avoid delays in your refund and extra cost to you for return shipping. (We refund and thereby incur the shipping cost going to you. You are responsible for return shipping). It normally takes 3-4 business days for the Credit Card company to update your balance and show the refund.

ADVANCE AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS! You must notify us by e-mail healinstruct@aol.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We reserve the right to refuse items returned without advance authorization.

If you must return a product, please carefully ship the item back to Primm Funding at our return address and please include a note with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your address (ship to and mailing if different)
  • Your phone number
  • The reason for your return
  • State your request for a replacement or refund

After authorization is obtained, product must be returned within 60 days of purchase date, in new condition for an exchange or refund. Items returned for a refund will be credited to your credit card account. Again, upon our receiving the returned item, it normally takes 3-4 business days for the Credit Card company to update your balance and show the refund. Please feel free to contact us by email healinstruct@aol.com if there seems to be a delay (More than 3 weeks since you shipped item back). We will do everything we can to expedite the refund process.

Primm Funding, as the producer and supplier of the products seen on this site, does not offer customer's private information to outside companies or entities unless required by law.

This includes:

  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
